The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Sports Council will offer free classes for '2026 Sports in Art Station' from March to December at the Open Stage of the Sejong Center.

Classes will include yoga, Pilates, dance sports, aerobic hip-hop, and K-pop dance, with a total of five categories available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is Sports in Art Station?

It is a free community sports program operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Sports Council.

The program features five popular categories: yoga, Pilates, dance sports, aerobic hip-hop, and K-pop dance, scheduled during weekdays in the morning, lunchtime, and after work, allowing office workers and the general public to engage in sports naturally.

In 2026, a total of 972 classes will be held, with 20 participants accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for each session.

Additionally, five isolated citizens will be selected separately to support everyone in enjoying a healthy daily life.

What time will the classes be held?

Classes will be scheduled from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays.

Morning and Lunchtime (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Dance Sports, K-Pop Dance, Aerobic Hip-Hop, Yoga

After Work (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM): Yoga, Pilates, K-Pop Dance, Dance Sports

We have diversified the schedule to allow both office workers and the general public to participate according to their availability.

Will there be preliminary events and special programs?

Before the official operation, a pre-event called 'See, Enjoy, and Participate in Sports in Art Station' will be held on March 8 (Sunday) at 12 PM in Gwanghwamun Plaza.

There will be demonstration performances by professional instructors, and anyone can learn and experience through one-day classes on-site.

After the first half of the classes, a 'Demonstration Class Day' will be organized to offer preferred categories as one-day classes outside of the regular classes.

Based on the results, popular and satisfactory categories will be included in the regular program for the next year, expanding into customized community sports programs reflecting citizen demand.
