Come and enjoy the beautiful views of Deoksugung Palace and the nighttime scenery stretching from Gwanghwamun to Sungnyemun. The Sky Lounge offers comfortable seating areas with benches, tables, artwork, and plants to relax and enjoy the cityscape.

How to get to the Sky Lounge:

Enter through the main entrance of Seoul City Hall

Take the private elevator next to the Robot Café on the first floor

Get off on the 9th floor and head left towards the Happy Plus Café to reach the Sky Lounge entrance!

Enjoy the views of Sungnyemun and Sejong-daero at night!

If you want to see the open city view from indoors, visit the Sky Lounge!

Operating hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 6 PM, Friday to Saturday 7:30 AM - 10 PM

2. Jeongdong Observatory

For a coffee with a view of Deoksugung Palace at night, visit Jeongdong Observatory!

Operating hours: Monday to Thursday 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Friday 1:30 PM - 10 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 10 PM

3. Sky Garden

If you want an outdoor view of Seoul Plaza and Sejong-daero, visit the Sky Garden!

Operating hours: Tuesday to Friday 9 AM - 9 PM, Saturday to Sunday 9 AM - 6 PM

✨ After visiting the Sky Lounge, head to Seoul Plaza to see the beautifully illuminated Seoul City Hall and its scenic lights from 30 minutes after sunset until 11 PM daily.
