Haengju Fortress, the site of the miraculous victory in the Battle of Haengju during the Imjin War, stands as a symbol of national spirit and a shining cultural heritage.
It is a representative anti-Japanese historical site in Korea.
The fortress offers beautiful scenery where the sunset, the Han River, and the illuminated Banghwa Bridge create a breathtaking view.
Experience Haengju Fortress through various programs under the theme: ‘Haengju, Loved by the World, Shining with K-Culture.’
The [Haengju Street, Art Night] event is coming soon!!
'Haengju Street, Art Night' has been selected as one of Korea's Top 100 Nighttime Tourist Spots and is a leading nighttime cultural content of Goyang City.
Since 2021, Goyang City has been developing various experience programs and hosting the 'Haengju Street, Art Night' festival to allow visitors to appreciate the historical value of Haengju Fortress.
