Aladdin's Final Performance in Busan

Today, I will share my experience of Aladdin's final performance in Busan.
On June 22nd, I arrived in Busan via KTX for the final show!
There was an A-ta Festival the day before, and although Junsu attended, I decided to skip it as I didn't have the stamina to do both.
It was drizzling in Busan today. I originally wanted to go to the Toneshow, but after waiting since early morning, the line didn't seem to get any shorter, so I gave up.
I went to eat some delicious pork soup at Bugwang, which was amazing! After a hearty meal, I headed to Dream Theater.
On my way to Dream Theater, I spotted a Shara-din.
Finally, I arrived at Dream Theater, which is connected to a hotel (I didn't know that!).
The path to Dream Theater looked really theater-like, which was fascinating.
Inside, there was an Aladdin photo zone, and next to it was a Wicked photo zone. They had created a theme park-like atmosphere.
I took a final look at the casting for Aladdin. I wondered when I would come back.
Coincidentally, I got to see all the actors in the roles. Here are my impressions of each Genie and Jasmine:
- Jung Sung-hwa as Genie: The classic Genie with the strongest vocal power.
- Kang Hong-seok as Genie: A mix of Jung Sung-hwa's vocal strength and Jung Won-young's ad-libs.
- Jung Won-young as Genie: The cutest Genie with the most ad-libs.
- Choi Ji-hye as Jasmine: The quintessential Jasmine, closest to the character.
- Min Kyung-ah as Jasmine: Strong vocal ability and very stable, with plenty of ad-libs.
- Lee Sung-kyung as Jasmine: Beautiful, and it's clear why Disney chose her.
Actually, the photos I posted earlier were taken by someone else; the ones I took were a bit chaotic as I arrived earlier than expected.
Even though my seat was slightly to the side, I could see everything clearly.
This was my last ticket for Aladdin and my first time at Dream Theater in Busan.
During the performance, there was a spontaneous moment when Sung-hwa mimicked Junsu's voice, which was hilarious!
Junsu's Busan dialect was also a delightful surprise. I was glad I came.
After the show, the cast shared heartfelt messages. Junsu expressed gratitude for the unforgettable year we all shared.
During the curtain call, actor Bang Bo-yong suddenly started crying, which made everyone emotional.
Junsu's final remarks were touching as he reflected on the past year and the connections he made with the cast and crew.
The staff worked hard behind the scenes, and he expressed gratitude for their efforts.
As the performance concluded, he wished for the magic of Aladdin to remain in everyone's hearts.
After the show, I rushed back to Busan Station, knowing that tomorrow would bring a new day.
I grabbed some kimbap on the way back and ended the day with a good night's sleep.
Traveling all the way to Busan for this show was truly a labor of love.
