Recruitment for the First Session of the 2026 Hypertension Class
We are looking for participants who are either suffering from hypertension or are in the pre-hypertension stage.
Join our Hypertension Class!
Hypertension requires lifestyle changes!
Through the Hypertension Class, you will learn about hypertension management, exercise, and nutrition.
Discover the various factors that contribute to hypertension in daily life and strive for normal blood pressure!
Recruitment Period:
March 11, 2026 (Wednesday) to March 27, 2026 (Friday)
* First come, first served
Application Method:
Phone or in-person registration
Target Audience:
15 residents of Gimpo who have hypertension or are in the pre-hypertension stage.
* Systolic blood pressure of 130 mmHg or higher or diastolic blood pressure of 80 mmHg or higher
Duration of the Program:
April 3, 2026 (Friday) to April 17, 2026 (Friday)
Every Friday from 14:00 to 15:00
Location:
Health Education Room, 4th Floor, Gimpo Health Center (108 Saunjung-ro)
Program Content:
Education on hypertension, exercise training, and nutrition education.
