2026 Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation Announcement for Permanent Recruitment of Jeonse Lease Residents
The Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation is recruiting permanent residents for existing housing jeonse leases to ensure housing stability for low-income households. We encourage many applications.

August 4, 2026 (Tuesday) until the end of application reception announcement
※ If the number of applications exceeds the annual supply target, the application may close early, and even if selected as a resident, support may end early if the fund budget is exhausted.
✅ Eligibility
Members of households without housing, among the first priority applicants, who can substitute income and asset verification with a qualification verification certificate:
- Recipients of livelihood and medical assistance, single-parent families under protection, elderly individuals aged 65 or older (beneficiaries or near-poverty households)
✅ Application Method
Applications must be submitted at the administrative welfare center of the applicant's registered residence.
