Recruitment for 'Obesity Hunters' 2nd Session
The Gimpo City Health Center is running an 11-week health management program to help form healthy lifestyle habits and manage weight!

(Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a total of 11 weeks)

ποΈββοΈ Eligibility
Gimpo residents aged 20 to 64 who meet at least one of the following criteria:
Overweight (BMI of 23 or above) or
Abdominal obesity
Women: Waist circumference of 85 cm or more
Men: Waist circumference of 90 cm or more
*BMI: Body Mass Index, calculated as weight (kg) / height (m)Β²

Exercise program with professional instructors
Education on healthy eating habits to aid weight management

25 participants will be selected by random drawing.
β» Previous participants of the 1st session of Obesity Hunters and Adult Muscle Strengthening Program can also apply.
β» 20 new applicants and 5 returning participants will be selected.
(Selection ratios may vary based on application status.)
More than 4 absences in a month will result in cancellation.
