Please note that all participants will be selected by lottery.

How to Apply for the Program

You may choose one of the following application methods based on your convenience.

Online registration is available through the Gimpo City Integrated Reservation system under Recruitment and Events.

Phone registration can be completed by calling 031-5186-4165.

In-person registration is also available at the Health Promotion Center on the 3rd floor of the Gimpo City Health Center Annex.

Eligibility and Target Participants

This program is open to citizens of Gimpo aged 50 to 80.

Applicants should have prehypertension or diabetes and be interested in improving their health through guided exercise.

Program Location and Exercise Details

The program will be held at the Health Promotion Center on the 3rd floor of the Gimpo City Health Center Annex.

Participants will follow personalized exercise routines, including stretching, aerobic exercise, and strength training.

Exercise program structure including stretching, aerobic activity, and strength training sessions

Class A: Seniors Program

This class is designed for participants aged 70 to 89, born between 1937 and 1956.

A total of 20 participants will be selected for this group.

Class B: Mid-Life Health Program

This class is open to participants aged 50 to 69, born between 1957 and 1976.

A total of 20 participants will be selected for this group.

Class Schedule and Program Duration

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday.

One session runs from 14:00 to 14:50, and another session runs from 15:10 to 16:00.

The overall program period is from January 22 (Thu) to March 31 (Tue), 2026.
