✅ Program Details
Incentives will be provided based on the reduction of vehicle mileage.
✅ Target Participants
Owners of non-commercial passenger or van vehicles with 12 seats or fewer.
✅ Number of Participants
350 vehicles
※ Excluding eco-friendly vehicles (electric, hydrogen, hybrid, etc.) and registered vehicles in Seoul.
✅ Application Method
Visit the Carbon Neutral Point (Vehicles) website to apply.
✅ Application Period
1st Application: March 3, 2026 - March 13, 2026
2nd Application: April 6, 2026 - April 10, 2026
