Recommended Hotel Chinese Restaurant for Meetings: China Room at Mondrian Hotel

Recommended Hotel Chinese Restaurant for Meetings
Anniversary Course Meal
China Room at Mondrian Hotel
A luxurious and atmospheric hotel Chinese restaurant in Yongsan, Itaewon.
China Room at Mondrian Hotel is highly recommended as a venue for meetings and celebrations, especially with the popular Chef Kim Ho-yoon, known for his black-and-white cuisine.
I visited on a weekday evening to try their value-for-money dinner course, priced at 55,000 won.
The dishes were impeccably presented and delicious.
Above all, the dim sum was so tasty that I still think about it days later.
The Mondrian Hotel offers a spacious parking lot that is easy to access, though the aisles can be a bit narrow, so caution is advised for novice drivers.
The China Room is located on the second floor, accessible via the elevator from the underground parking.
The stylish lobby of the Mondrian Hotel makes it a perfect place for a hotel staycation.
After dining at the China Room, you can explore the hotel and even visit the café, making for a satisfying experience.
It seems like an ideal venue for important meetings or family gatherings.
Location: 23 Jangmun-ro, Yongsan-gu, Mondrian Hotel, 2nd Floor
Operating Hours: Daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Break time: 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM)
Parking: Free parking available for up to 2 hours.
With an impressive award history, I was very excited to try the China Room at Mondrian Hotel, especially since my friends' parents enjoyed it.
The China Room features a sophisticated and luxurious interior, with great views and spacious seating arrangements.
We were seated at a cozy sofa with a view through the large glass window, which felt luxurious yet private.
We plan to return for a special anniversary date.
During our visit, we noticed a promotional discount on the Yanghanam series drinks, which would have paired well with our meal, but we regrettably did not bring any.
For those who enjoy drinks, I highly recommend stopping by the China Room at Mondrian Hotel.

Today's soup was a delightful mushroom soup, warm and flavorful.
The 3 types of dim sum we had included Har Gao, Gu Cheo, and Truffle Shumai, with the Har Gao being particularly soft and delicious.
Bifongdang Shrimp was crispy with a spicy kick, and the beef tenderloin was impressively tender.
For our main dish, we chose one Jajangmyeon and one Jjamppong, both of which were delicious and showcased the high-quality ingredients used.
Today's dessert was a lemon crème brûlée, which was sweet and tangy, leaving a lasting impression.
I look forward to returning to try more dishes from the China Room.
