We visited House of Bread BB Cafe, famous for its bread and sandwiches in Gwangalli. I had heard a lot about their Jambon Beurre baguette sandwich, but actually going there, the atmosphere was better than expected, and the variety of breads was delightful for both the eyes and the taste buds.

The exterior is a white building with a red awning, making it easily noticeable even when passing by.
Opening the door, the aroma of baking bread welcomes you, and this scent alone made me feel like I had chosen the right cafe.

The interior featured warm lighting and vintage decor, with cute props displayed throughout, giving it the feel of a charming little prop shop rather than just a bakery.

I chose this out of curiosity, but it was more oily than I expected.
It was a baguette with a fried feel.
However, the savory flavor of the baguette combined with the saltiness of the mentaiko created a unique and addictive taste. I thought it would go well with milk.
Relaxation with Drinks
I also ordered an Americano included in the set menu, and the coffee had a clean taste rather than a sour one, so it paired well with the sandwich.
With such a generous amount of bread and cake, it's best to choose a simple drink.
Sitting and looking out the window while taking a bite of bread and a sip of coffee, I felt the fatigue of the day melt away. I realized that cafes are not just places to eat, but also places to stop and rest for a while.
Overall Feeling
House of Bread BB Cafe was not just a bakery, but a place where you can enjoy a meal, dessert, and cafe vibes all at once.
One sandwich set was enough for a meal, and with the addition of a dessert cake, it was perfect for a weekend brunch.
Above all, the atmosphere of the store was bright and warm, making it a place where you could go alone or with friends or family without feeling awkward. If you like bread, you should definitely visit when you come to Busan.
