This is Yoon Journey, introducing the cafe 'Flowing Like Water' that started as a bar and has settled into Dongmyeong-dong.
It has a unique vibe, resembling a terrace cafe with no signage, evoking the feelings of Euljiro.
The atmosphere here is truly relaxed and free, just as the name suggests.
The interior of 'Flowing Like Water' is spacious with various seating options including bar tables and booths for two and four.
I chose a cozy sofa in a room that faces the window, perfect for enjoying the street view.
It was a great spot to just daydream and watch the world go by, and the soft sofa made it incredibly comfortable.
Now, let me show you the menu at 'Flowing Like Water'.
They use freshly roasted beans, and coffee is brewed exclusively with hand drip methods.
You can choose from four different types of beans according to your preference.
You can experience a unique aroma and flavor that you won’t find anywhere else.
All desserts at 'Flowing Like Water' are made in-house, including financiers, cookies, real tiramisu, and their signature Basque tiramisu cheesecake.
Additionally, they offer the famous 'Dubai Chewy Cookie' which has been in high demand lately.
Next to the counter, there’s a self-service bar where you can smell the beans, with hot water and cups available.
This is a rare touch you don’t often see in cafes, making the experience even more comforting.
The owner hopes that customers can spend their time freely, in line with the serene atmosphere of the cafe.
There’s even a guestbook for visitors to share their thoughts and feelings, which adds a fun element to the experience.

I usually avoid acidic coffee, but today I felt like trying it.
The hand-drip coffee was brewed with care and had a pleasant aroma, pairing well with the dessert.
The acidity was mild, refreshing the palate beautifully.
The Plain Financier was exceptional, with a crispy exterior and a moist, fluffy interior, reminiscent of buttery castella.
It was a bit sweet, but paired perfectly with the Americano.
As for the Dubai Chewy Cookie, it lived up to the hype.
After trying it, I can confidently say that you should skip the lines elsewhere and enjoy it here at 'Flowing Like Water'.
The cafe's vintage ambiance allowed me to take out my pen and draw, making it a delightful experience.
