Hongdae has a lot of cafes, but this one immediately caught my eye. Its massive size made me think it was an exhibition hall at first!
Turns out, it's a huge 8-story cafe in Seoul!
As soon as I walked in, the rich aroma of coffee filled the air. The entire building is made of glass, so it was bright, airy, and full of sunlight.☀️

It's not easy to find a cafe in Hongdae that truly delivers on coffee taste these days, but I can confidently say this place is a 'coffee 맛집' (delicious coffee place).
The signature here is the ☕ 'Panama Geisha Bean' – famous as one of the most expensive beans in the world. One sip, and a rich aroma spreads, giving a luxurious feel. It has a subtle floral scent + smooth acidity + a clean finish. ☕
My friend and I ordered an Americano, a chocolate latte, a cherry ganache cake, and a lemon yogurt dacquoise. The coffee aroma enhanced the flavor of the cakes. It wasn't bitter at all but leaves a fragrant aftertaste that lasts long.

There aren't many Hongdae cafes with such distinct concepts for each floor.

Soft lighting creates a warm and refreshing feel overall.
The vitality of the plants makes you feel refreshed. ☀️
There are also many photo zones, so many couples and friends were taking pictures. 📸

A stunning media art piece plays on the adjacent wall on the 4th floor. You'll exclaim, "Wow, it's pretty!" as soon as you enter. ✨

and although the atmosphere varies from floor to floor, one thing they all have in common is 'cleanliness.' ✨ The seating intervals are wide, and the staff quickly clean the tables, so it always feels tidy.
I could feel that they paid attention to every detail, from the lighting and music to the scent.
It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee. ☕
