Last weekend was packed with back-to-back wedding celebrations, which led me to visit Plaid Cafe in Seoul Forest.

I thought I had explored most of the cafes around Seoul Forest during my time working nearby, but apparently, there were still many I hadn't discovered... haha.

After attending a wedding near Seoul Forest, I met up with former colleagues and we headed to Plaid Cafe.

Large cafes are rare in the heart of Seoul, especially in areas like Seongsu and Seoul Forest. Nevertheless, this place was quite spacious and conveniently located, making it an easy choice.

Unsurprisingly, Seoul Forest was bustling with people.

Walking along the main street next to Seoul Forest, you'll find Plaid Cafe tucked away in a corner.

The cafe looks very spacious. It occupies from the 1st to the 5th floor (including the rooftop).

However, for some reason, the 2.5th and 4th floors were not in operation.

We visited around lunchtime on the weekend, and as expected, almost all the seats were taken.

There's an elevator, but it's incredibly slow, so we opted for the stairs. Despite the hot weather, the outdoor stairs offered a good opportunity to see the building and its surroundings.

There are also outdoor tables available. Charming Scene

Since it was a very humid and hot day, there were no customers sitting outside. It looked like it would be a great spot on a nice day!

The interior was already crowded with customers, and the air conditioning wasn't strong enough, so it was a bit warm... haha.

Overall, the interior design was very clean and well-done. We spent some time walking around and taking pictures.

It seems like cafe interiors have become incredibly important these days haha.

I went down to the first floor to get our coffee. Peaceful Landscape

My friends ordered coffees like Americano and Cold Brew, but I chose the Cold Brew Vanilla Bean Latte, which seemed to be the main menu item.

It wasn't too sweet and it was delicious! It was a flavor I would want to try again next time I visit.

I visited the first floor, which had a space for viewing. Charming Scene

However, you weren't allowed to drink coffee there.

I guess they don't allow drinks because of the risk of spilling.

Judging by the DJ turntable, it seems like they occasionally play music. Impressive Sight

Afterward, I went to a wedding at Walkerhill Hotel with my friends. It felt like a wedding tour... haha.

The Walkerhill wedding was massive in scale. Valuable Experience

The food was amazing, but I was already full from the buffet, which was a shame. Heartwarming Memory
