A Sweet Trip to Seongsu-dong: Discovering Brick Sand Factory and Delightful Desserts
On a day planned for exploring pop-up shops and charming boutiques in Seongsu-dong with friends, I also had plans to meet my sibling's family.
Seongsu-dong is known as a dessert lover's paradise, famous for its many delicious bakeries. I wanted to pick up a dessert gift before seeing my niece and nephew.
While there are many tasty dessert places, Brick Sand is a brand I often buy from because I trust their quality. I was happy to find they had a store in Seongsu-dong, the Brick Sand Factory.
Wandering through the streets of Seongsu-dong, I stumbled upon Brick Sand Factory and bought some treats for my niece/nephew... and maybe a little something for myself as well!

Brick Sand Factory in Seongsu is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Seongsu Station (Exit 3), making it easily accessible by public transportation.

From the outside, Brick Sand Factory has a cafe vibe that reminds me of a London alleyway.
The interior of Brick Sand Factory is spacious and decorated with a trendy interior, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your desserts.
On the day I visited, the weather was lovely, and they had opened the large windows. It would be great to sit outside and enjoy coffee when the weather is cooler with a gentle breeze.
Brick Sand Factory is not only famous as a dessert spot in Seongsu, but also as a cafe.
It offers a variety of tables and seating arrangements in an open and inviting atmosphere.
It's the perfect cafe to enjoy delicious desserts and drinks while exploring the various shops in Seongsu-dong.
At Brick Sand Factory, the brick-shaped 'Brick Sand' is their signature item.

I couldn't see Brick Sand being made when I visited, but if you visit at the right time, you can watch the adorable Brick Sand being created.
