A Special Visit to Kaja Liquor Store for a Birthday Gift
As a family birthday approached, I visited Kaja Liquor Store located in Euljiro to find a special gift.

Getting There:
From Euljiro 1-ga Station, exit at number 5 and walk 196 meters. Go down to exit 9 of Eulji Star Mall, and you will find Kaja Liquor Store on your left.
It turns out that Euljiro 1-ga Station and Eulji Star Mall are connected underground, so you won’t have to face the cold winter wind while walking.
The store has a festive Christmas atmosphere, perfect for the end of the year or special occasions when you want to prepare a fine drink.
This time, I went to buy wine for my partner's birthday.
During my visit, I noticed nearby office workers taking advantage of their short lunch breaks to buy gifts and discuss what to get for their colleagues.
Kaja Liquor Store is currently having a Christmas sale with great prices on a variety of products that are not too expensive.
Outside the store, there are recommended Christmas gifts such as Polar Bear Tears, Hwayo 41 tasting glass sets, Alma Atlantica Rosé, and Boscio Piemonte DOC Spumante, all perfect for the holiday season.
They also provide a delightful dessert recipe using Jack Daniel's Honey, which would be great for gatherings with friends at year-end parties.

All prices are clearly marked, so you can browse without feeling pressured. If you have any questions, the owner is available to assist you from a distance.
During the end of the year, I always look for champagne, and this time I found fresh Beaujolais Nouveau made from grapes harvested in 2025.
There are also cute mini-sized bottles that I would love to take home as decorations.
In one corner of the wine fridge, there are high-end wines on display that are quite tempting.
Kaja Liquor Store is currently offering a free labeling event. I sent my desired photo and text via chat a few days ago, and they provided several design options for me to choose from.
I'm excited to see how the labels will turn out!
For my order, I used a beautiful aurora photo from last year's trip to Yellowknife as a background. Adding a 'Happy Birthday' message made it even more special.
I took a picture in front of the beautifully decorated tree and stored the gift box away until the weekend birthday dinner. I can't wait to see how happy my partner will be when I bring it out!
