A Memorable Experience at MUU Hanwoo Dining: T-Bone Course Review

A few days ago, my husband and I visited MUU Hanwoo Dining for their Hanwoo Omakase.
We had a wonderful date in a lovely atmosphere.
Today, I want to share an honest review of the T-Bone course we tried.
MUU Hanwoo Dining is conveniently located within walking distance from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, Exit 4.
Although valet parking was available, we opted for the subway.
If you drive, you can enjoy 2 hours of free parking, which is a nice perk.
Known for its delicious Hanwoo Omakase, MUU Hanwoo Dining operates daily from 12:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
We made a reservation for 5 PM.
The ambiance was truly unforgettable.
We chose to sit at the bar table, but there are also separate table seats available inside.
If you're looking for a Hanwoo Omakase experience, I highly recommend MUU Hanwoo Dining.
You'll understand why as I share the photos and details ahead.
We ordered the signature T-Bone course (T_BON premium course).

In addition to various course menus, there are also a la carte options, along with a selection of wines and whiskies.
Before the meal began, we were served fresh vegetable sticks with sesame sauce and water, which helped cleanse our palate and set the stage for the T-Bone course.
Now, let's dive into the T-Bone course!
The first dish was a pumpkin soup served inside a pastry shell, and it was warm and delightful.
Dipping the pastry into the soup was an eye-opening experience; it was a flavor I had never encountered before.
Next to the soup was a dessert featuring the creaminess of cream cheese, the tartness of cranberries, and the nuttiness of mixed nuts, all enhanced by a drizzle of honey.
The presentation was stunning, featuring a variety of meats including brisket, sirloin, tenderloin, and short ribs, alongside eggplant and pumpkin.
It was visually exciting.
We also enjoyed some beef tartare, which was a delightful surprise after not having it for a while.
Each cut of the 1++ Hanwoo was grilled individually at our table, allowing us to savor each moment.
We started with the brisket, which was recommended to be paired with beef tartare and wasabi.
The flavor was astonishing, and I couldn't help but share my excitement with my husband.
Then we moved on to the sirloin, cooked medium-rare, which melted in my mouth.
The combination of the meat and the accompanying vegetables enhanced the overall experience.
Next came the chipotle pasta, which had a slight spiciness that complemented the meat perfectly.
The meal continued with tenderloin, which was incredibly soft and reaffirmed the restaurant's reputation as a Hanwoo specialist.
The meal concluded with a delicious chocolate ice cream that was both rich and refreshing.
Overall, my experience at MUU Hanwoo Dining's T-Bone course was remarkable.
It's a great place for special occasions with loved ones, and it certainly created lasting memories for me and my husband.
Once again, the T-Bone course was truly impressive!
