A Delightful Experience at Mangbuseok Incheon Guwol Branch

Today, I visited a hot spot in Incheon, 'Mangbuseok Incheon Guwol Branch,' located near the Arts Center Station in Guwol-dong, where I had a great time with my friends.
I was amazed by the variety of the menu. As soon as I saw the menu, it included fresh Daegu muktigi (a type of sashimi), Hanwoo beef sashimi from Majang-dong, Hanwoo gopdori-tang, country-style chicken stew, matcha makgeolli, and even various side dishes, totaling around 40 to 50 options!
We ended up ordering matcha chocolate bingsu, smoothie makgeolli, Mangbuseok jokbaengi (pork hocks), Euljiro golbaengi-tang (snail soup), hangjeong suyuk (pork belly), and hangjeong miso jeongol (soup). I definitely want to try the muktigi and Hanwoo beef sashimi next time!
The restaurant is just a 4-minute walk from Exit 6 of the Arts Center Station, making it very convenient to visit by public transport. Although parking is not available, the location is excellent for gatherings in Namdong, so I highly recommend it for meeting up with friends!
As soon as we entered, the atmosphere was vibrant and stylish. The interior was chic and hip, with various rooms available for groups from 2 to 80 people, making it perfect for gatherings in Namdong-gu. We were guided to a private room, which was spacious enough for us to chat comfortably, and the music created a great ambiance!
Now, let’s talk about the food. First up was the matcha chocolate bingsu, which was so delicious that it could rival any dessert cafe. The combination of matcha and chocolate was sweet and smooth, making it a perfect accompaniment to drinks.
The smoothie makgeolli was something I ordered because I heard it was popular on social media. It was refreshing and cool, going down so smoothly!
Then we had the Mangbuseok jokbaengi, which was a unique combination of pork hocks and snails. At first, it seemed unusual, but the chewy pork hocks paired with the spicy snail sauce were irresistible!
The Euljiro golbaengi-tang featured a cool and spicy broth loaded with snails, making it easy to sip on while enjoying drinks. The hangjeong suyuk was incredibly tender without any gamey taste, and it was heavenly when paired with ssamjang (dipping sauce).
The hangjeong miso jeongol had a rich broth that made you feel warm and satisfied. It was hearty and perfect for winter!
The basic side dishes were also delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly, making our gathering in Namdong-gu enjoyable. With rooms, a smoking area, and seating for groups, this place is a fail-safe option for friends, couples, or office gatherings in Namdong.
I definitely recommend Mangbuseok Incheon Guwol Branch for a great atmosphere, tasty food, and stylish interior. I plan to visit again to try different menu items! If you're looking for a place to gather in Namdong-gu, I highly recommend checking it out!
This concludes my recommendation for a gathering place in Namdong-gu!
