This weekend, we visited Cafe Beomonde, a large cafe in Gijang, Busan, that's perfect for a visit with a baby.

Beomonde Gijang
Address: 19-7 Gugigil, Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan
Hours: Daily 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Amenities: Parking available, baby chairs, nursing room

The walk from the parking lot to the cafe takes about 3 minutes. It's a bit of an uphill climb, so it might be a little difficult with a stroller.

Instead of an ocean view cafe, we chose a forest cafe, and it turned out to be a great decision! It was such a fun place.

There's a fountain outdoors, lots of sculptures scattered around, and a large lawn that's perfect for walking with a baby.

즐거운 순간

The atmosphere is really lovely. There are so many photo spots that everyone was busy taking pictures. It was 3 PM, and the lights were already on, creating a sparkling effect. I bet it's incredibly beautiful at night.

They're open until midnight, so I'd love to come back with my baby in the evening sometime.

The cafe has two floors. It's very large and spacious with plenty of tables.

But since it was a holiday, it was crowded, and it was hard to find a seat. We wanted to sit in an area with enough space for a baby chair, but it was so packed. ㅠ

Many other cafes were closed for the Chuseok holiday, so it seemed like everyone flocked to this place.

평화로운 풍경

There are window seats and an outdoor terrace. The window seats are popular because the view is really pretty.

They didn't have baby chairs on the second floor, so we couldn't sit in the window seats even though they were empty. ㅠ

Since Halloween is coming up, Beomonde is having a Halloween festival. There are skeletons and ghosts everywhere, and the fun concept made the kids very happy. ㅎㅎ

Here's a picture of the menu. They have a variety of drinks, including coffee, smoothies, tea, and ades.

인상 깊은 모습

They also have lots of delicious-looking bread! I thought they just looked pretty, but they actually tasted great.

But the prices are on the expensive side. Drinks are almost ₩9,000. Two breads and two drinks cost over ₩30,000.

But when you see how nicely the cafe is decorated, you realize they probably need to charge that much to maintain it. There's a lot to see, and it's very well decorated.

감동적인 장면

We ordered a Royal Milk Tea, a Hallabong Smoothie, milk bread, and a fruit tart.

All the drinks and bread were delicious. My baby enjoyed the milk bread, too.

There's a separate baby toilet inside the restroom. There's also a nursing room inside the women's restroom.

따뜻한 추억

The nursing room was more spacious than I expected. It had a sofa, a diaper changing table, and a regular toilet.

However, it was a bit inconvenient and dangerous to carry my baby up the narrow stairs to the second floor to use the nursing room.

Even if it takes a little longer, I recommend going up the wider stairs to the second floor and then using the nursing room.

There's also a haunted house outdoors. It's a no-kids zone, so children are not allowed. The elderly and pregnant women should also be careful.

특별한 순간

As soon as I entered, I was startled by the scary music and ghost sounds. It must be even scarier at night.

We enjoyed taking a walk with our baby, looking at the fountain, and eating delicious bread. It was also convenient that they had a nursing room.

The twinkling lights outside must be even prettier when it gets dark, so I'd like to visit in the evening if I have the chance!
